below is a description
of the dishes to be found on The Drawingroom 'after-dark' menu
there will be three dishes each nightincluding a vegetarian option

an
orange and cinnamon sauce, with lashings of grand marnier drizzled
over a pork forerib, cooked very slowly in its own juices, so tender
you can cut it with a spoon peaches, ground nutmeg and a host of herbs infuse this lamb tagine - garnished with fresh mint and organic lemon juice all served on a bed of rice and organic side salad you can taste the spinach with each bite of this Italian cannelloni and ricotta - creamy rich and every bit a filling meal for the newly converted vegetarian perhaps the riches of meats to grace our tables, over 340 grams of succulent venison and beef served in a thick red wine sauce, mushrooms and shallots - served with steamed vegetables If it's something piquant your tongue desires, here's a whole leg of chicken with slices of chorizo sausage and chilli. To balance the bite there's haricot, black eye, butter and kidney beans splashed with white chardonnay and black pepper along with steamed veg poached gently in white wine, cream and pesto, this Norwegian salmon lies on a bed of fresh Italian fusili and is garnished with organic salad cured in salt
for several hours these whole Gascony duck legs have been cooked for
two hours and served in their own juices with steamed veg cooked very
slowly and in its own juice; all that is added to this tender lamb
shank is fresh mint, a splash of wine and a smile!
